【Introduction to Fuding White Tea】

White tea originates from Fuding City, Fujian Province, and is one of the six major tea categories in China (white tea series). Due to the long-term export, few Chinese people know about Fuding white tea, micro-fermented tea, named because the finished buds are plump and covered with pekoe, like silver and snow. Its soup color is apricot yellow and bright, and the mouth fragrance is revealed, fresh and sweet, and it is a special treasure in tea. In recent years, it has been converted to domestic sales and has gradually become the new favorite of the tea industry. With the popularity of tea drinking in the Tang and Song Dynasties in the domestic tea party, white tea has once again swept the country due to its own characteristics of “boiling old tea”.
